David Scollard of Calgary, Alberta has produced this big, beautiful book (14" x 14" x 1 1/2") that's been years in the making. It includes more than 250 of David's and Bruce Selyem's photos of Western Canada's historic grain elevators, many of which no longer stand on the landscape. Barbara Selyem wrote the history of each elevator as well as the introduction. This is a one of a kind book. The president of the Book Publishers Association of Alberta has this to say: "The book is absolutely stunning. I have it on my coffee table in the living room and keep looking at it with awe and wonder. What a work of art!" Only a few hundred were printed. Barbara and Bruce will be selling some of their copies at $100US plus shipping.
